Absolutely wonderful! My girlfriend and I stayed at Heritage Hotel in Tawau for two nights and from the very first moment we truly felt at home. The staff were simply outstanding, always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their genuine warmth made a real difference in our stay. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches like complimentary water and snacks provided every day. What impressed us most, however, was how much effort the team put into making sure we could enjoy the very best of Tawau. They arranged a private transfer with a local driver so we could explore Tawau Hills Park first and visit the Cocoa Village the day after, all at a very fair price. They also went above and beyond to assist us when we had difficulties with our phone provider, showing once again how much they care for their guests. Heritage Hotel is not only an excellent choice for its comfort and value, but also for its strategic location that makes discovering the area so easy. I most definetly recommend it to anyone looking for a stay that combines convenience, affordability, and exceptional hospitality.
