My first room had not been cleaned well and the coffee service was dirty and missing the coffee.

I think ok that they don't have breakfast included although all hotels have, but I think they could have complimentary internet access in all rooms to be a very good hotel.

La primera impreión no da una segunda oportunidad, la gente del counter es muy poco amable y nada servicial, el resto del personal se esfuerza por atenderte, no regresaría, es un hotel caro y no justifica el pago
