The elegant entrance and decor through out, the well furnished and appointed pool and spa areas, the beautiful fresh flowers, the fabulous buffet breakfast and incredibly polite and professional staff will always draw me back.

We selected the Four Seasons as part of a post-cruise hotel package and the good service made me come back to that place.

However, our recent 4 night visit found the service to be friendly but not proactive and the accommodations to be adequate but not special when compared to other properties like Mexico City.
